Rafa's career as a professional cutter ham begins in 2005, when he opens his own butchery in Constantina (Sevilla). In the same first year she worked as a cutter in the April Fair, activity would repeat every year thanks the success of a job well done. Rafa works for Sierra de Sevilla (Group Barbadillo) until 2009, when it was moved to Palma Mallorca, where he currently is dedicated exclusively to cut ham.
