Since the birth of our company, which took place in 2000 after years of experience in the field of catering and banqueting, our intent has always been to distinguish ourselves in quality.
Quality that ranges in all aspects of our work: already the raw materials are carefully chosen by selected suppliers and in the area (many products we use are at Km 0) and as natural as possible (we have an eye for organic). And then there is the care in preparing them, preferring healthier cooking than traditional ones.
In fact we tend to do slow cooking and at lower temperatures, we use steam a lot and do not exceed in seasonings: this is because our host must not feel weighed down after having consumed one of our meals.
And only the palate but also the eye wants its part and so we try to satisfy it by decorating the dishes always with new ideas. Not to mention the service, cared for in all its part by professional waiters ready to meet your every need.
