Springevents Hostesses and Events

Founded in Lisbon in 2003, Springevents has spent 23 years building hostess and staffing teams for international medical and scientific congresses.

• Trusted by leading European associations, including ESCMID, CIRSE, EACTS, ERS and EAO.
• We travel with our clients. Our teams have worked congresses in Copenhagen, Barcelona, Vienna, Munich and Amsterdam, flown from Lisbon.
• ESCMID alone means 5 editions in 5 countries, almost 400 staff attendances and more than 22,000 working hours.
• At ERS 2026 in Barcelona we brought 80 hostesses and 3 coordinators.
• Around 200 different professionals work with us every year, and up to 200 in a single peak month.
• 38 of our freelancers have been with us for five years or more, so clients see familiar faces edition after edition.
• Every event is supervised on site by our own management team, who know each team member personally.
