Soa Staff was present at the IX General Assambly of Club de Madrid and Special session. Representation of the European Commission in Spain (Madrid). Under the motto “Reconstruction and Democratic Development: Haiti´s case”. Thirty former Prime Ministers and former Presidents met with high level experts in the field to discuss the challenges which Haiti is facing in the institutional reconstruction process.
Soa Staff hostesses picked up members of Club de Madrid at the authorities lounge in Madrid´s Barajas airport, to accompanied them afterwards to the Venue. The use of fluid Spanish-English, and protocol and etiquette have been an essential skill for our staff for this event.
During the Assembly, the staff worked at the coat room, handing headphones, at the coffee break lounge, and helping with accreditations.
